Hats off to Carmen for the neat arrangement of the books, trinkets, and DVDs and especially for thoughtfully providing a handy jar of Vaseline®!
The Vaseline is for my dry lips!
It's all so neat. And, yes, Vaseline, to unscrew tight things.creeps quietly away and straightens the stack on the table...
It's good for prepping the skin for fragrance, it holds the scent better, and for polishing leather shoes and... and... I'll have to go the phone's ringing.
Bottom shot surely must be your bedside table.Miniature liquor bottles and lube.
You know me so well.
I see a book entitled, "CRUISING."
Yes and it's had a good fingering.
I recognise the Ab Fab box set!!Sx
It's a shame about the picture quality, I've got some right lu-lus on display, it was taken on my Samsung tablet and it's not the best for taking pictures on. Did you recognise the Downton Abbey box set too and directly beneath it is the box set of Open All Hours I bought from BHS in their closing down sale. I've just noticed the miniature chest of drawers is off kilter.
Damn - I used your title - sorry Mtzi !
Don't worry about it. I'm very free and easy.
The problem with deep shelves is they allow books to creep in front of other books, burying them like the lost cities of Troy. Double stacking: it can happen to you.
It can and it has. Would make an lovely doll's house.
I note that "Elvira in Gran Canaria" appears hastily placed (upside down) - Is this because it's a regularly viewed favourite? And is that a small po on the top shelf?* resolves to watch Brokeback Mountain again, but will probably go with Beautiful Thing instead *
No it was crap. The guzunder belonged to my old Nan, she kept potpourri in it.Will you watch with or without peppermint foot rub?
